The Adult Syllabus:
For ages 13 and over, the Adult and Youth programmes offer a similar route of training from white belt to black belt. Students will be expected to develop knowledge and practical application of the following areas:
- Hand and foot strikes
- Pressure point manipulation and striking
- Joint locking and grappling
- Hyung (forms)
- Break falls and acrobatics
- Meditation, ki breathing and healing techniques
- Safe use of some of the 24 weapons in Korean Royal Court Martial Arts. (Age and practice restrictions apply).
