Below, you will see the Five Day Festive Fun Challenge! The competition starts 30 Dec 23, a Saturday, to keep to your normal training schedule.
Parents are reminded that it is their responsibility to review any videos posted to the drive, before sending. All videos can be uploaded to the Google Classroom. This may require a gmail email account.

Challenge one!
All the kicks!
Level 1:
Perform all of your push kicks 10 times (front, side, back).
Level 2:
Perform inside and outside straight leg kicks 10 times (brown belts and above – don’t put your leg down between kicks).
Level 3 (brown belts and over):
High spin kick into low spin kick, 10 times. I suggest you do one side and then the other to avoid getting dizzy.
Challenge two!
Ring out the energy.
I want to see the best energy demonstrated as you ring out your Ki energy.
